Jantje Blokhuis-Mulder is a folk artist who lives in St. Andrews by-the-Sea, NB. Her specialty is pyrography, the art of burning images into wood. It's an interest that began as a child in The Netherlands where she watched the neighborhood blacksmith hone his craft. Jantje's work reflects her seaside surroundings and her nation's artistic heritage. She is also your guide to Folk Art.
